Furthermore, it's the only approach that works with people who don't know any better. Actually, no approach works for them. But since I don't go the "sensetive route" my response was as it was. This kid already had his mind made up. He needs a nice dose of harsh reality. I tried to help him with that.

Bottom line, I don't sugarcoat shit. Thats the problem with people today. Everyone is too chickenshit to hear the raw truth. All the pansies want it dumbed down and made all nice nice. So now, when he actually does go get this done at the dealership, and they destroy his "Immaculate" NA, he can't come here and complain and expect any sort of sympathy. He has been warned.
